A car in the convoy of Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma hit a motorcyclist, causing minor injuries to the rider in the District of Eastern West Khasi Hills of Meghalaya on Wednesday night.
The accident took place at Nongkasen village in the district when the CM was returning from an event in Nongstoin, West Khasi Hills district. According to a senior district official, the biker had collided with a taxi that had stopped after seeing the convoy approaching, and as a result, his bike hit the car in the CM's convoy. The injured biker was treated for minor injuries.
